Why resizing alone can leave an emote tiny
Resizing shrinks the artwork and its empty margins together. Trimming those margins first gives the artwork more room in the final emote.
What this cropper keeps
Does it remove a white background?
No. It trims only fully transparent edges. Solid backgrounds and faint shadows stay intact.
Why is there still padding in the square PNG?
Tall or wide artwork still needs padding to fit a square. The cropped original keeps its rectangular shape.
Can it make a blurry emote sharp?
No. Use the largest original you have. Trimming cannot recover missing detail.
